Hey Guys!! Thanks for stopping by! Today's question for Free Style Friday is from Kanay Coleman. Kanay asked: "How would you compile a look for a business professional who wants to be comfortable (no heels) but still appear competent? I would like to look sophisticated and classy yet fun, that would make me approachable and relatable in a position of authority."
Here is what I came up with:
I believe that regardless of where you work your attire should always have a hint of your personality in it. So I decided to go with a bright color wide leg trouser. A lot of people think of business professional attire as the basic black, blue, and khaki. Nah, those colors get boring, lets bring some brightness to the office! The color of the pants and mixture of prints makes this outfit fun, but it still has a professional look. I chose the cropped shirt to show off the high waist of the trouser (which gives a slimming effect by the way). However, please note that in the office you will need to wear a cami (camisole), a black one in this case would work perfectly. Having the belly showing is NOT professional (lol).
There you have it, Business Professional with Spunk!

Free Style Friday 3/13/15
Hello All! I am now offering the service, Free Style Friday! How it works, I will take questions throughout the week from friends and followers pertaining to fashion, styling tips, shopping guides, what to wear, etc. I will choose 1 or 2 questions each week and post the answers here on my blog every Friday!
The first question for the week is from my fellow blogger Jill Firns (www.stilettosonsundaymorning.blogspot.com). She asked: " What are your favorite prints to mix during the spring and summer?"
When I think of spring, I automatically think about flowers. Although I am highly allergic to them, they are so pretty and make the cutest prints for clothes (lol). I chose this skirt in particular because the elegance of black and white makes the outfit classy. I have a similar gingham shirt that I have been dying to wear which is a perfect spring item. To stretch the look a little further I added the polka dot clutch. And there you have it!
